Come One, Come All, and experience a Collective Heartbeat Rhythm Circle
We all have a unique rhythm that connects us to the larger rhythm of our collective consciousness
Drumming and the percussive arts are very primal, powerful, and healing
Cassie began playing percussion at age 10 and was very accomplished in school competitions. Many years later, she spent an entire year tutoring a high school student with drumming and has now facilitated several Rhythm Circles.
You don't need any musical experience to participate! There will be some drums and percussion instruments to share, but please bring your own drums or any percussion instruments you may have and any to share with you!
You are also welcome to come sit in and take in the vibrations without participating!
