Step into a fun and creative afternoon of crafting, connection, and intention as you create your own sacred rattle with Booster Taddy! During this hands-on make-and-take workshop, participants will be guided through the process of designing and decorating a unique rattle using a variety of materials, textures, and personal inspiration.
Sacred rattles have long been used for rhythm, meditation, ceremony, sound healing, and personal spiritual practice. Cassie began playing percussion at age 10 and was very accomplished in school competitions. Many years later, she spent an entire year tutoring a high school student with drumming and has now facilitated several Rhythm Circles.
You don't need any musical experience to participate! There will be some drums and percussion instruments to share, but please bring your own drums or any percussion instruments you may have and any to share with you!
