MANITOWOC – Healing and spiritual businesses throughout northeastern Wisconsin encourage customers to turn inward during an inaugural Explore the Awakened Lakeshore promotion this summer.

Seventeen local businesses will participate in the event, which kicks off May 30 and runs through Aug. 31.

Each purchase at participating businesses throughout the promotion will include a chance to win a grand prize, including an overnight stay at the newly renovated Inn on Maritime Bay, a $280 gift certificate for use at participating businesses, and a Great Lakes Oracle card set and crystal grid.

One registration also will be accepted at lisakadamscreative.com, no purchase is necessary.

Participating businesses include the following:

• In Manitowoc: Balance on Buffalo, Breaking Free, Heather LaFond, Marie A. Thiebaud, Mike Pozorski and Phenomenal Love: the Third Eye Boutique

• In Chilton: Elevate your Glow

• In Two Rivers: Goddess Light Warrior, Meridian Wellness, Moments with Theresa and SimplyMajestic

• In Algoma: Laura Lee Otto and Alternative Wellness Services

• In Green Bay: Runic Apothecary

• In Wrightstown: Sunalero

Tammie Trippler, who owns Meridian Wellness and operates Awakened Lakeshore in Two Rivers, organized the Healers’ Hub to foster collaboration and support among holistic practitioners throughout northeastern Wisconsin.

“It serves as a platform for us to share our services and assist one another as we provide special packages and host events throughout the year,” she said in a news release.

An open house at Awakened Lakeshore, 2221 Lincoln Ave., is set for 5:30-7 p.m. June 10 and will offer a chance to meet healers and business owners participating in the summer promotion.

Hor d'oeuvres will be provided, and visitors can view the new Salt Vault, shop for metaphysical merchandise, get a mini sound massage and register to win the grand prize.
